By downloading or using the Downloader Pro app, these terms will automatically apply to you – therefore, you should make sure that you read them carefully before using the app.
App Usage Restrictions
You’re not allowed to copy, modify, or distribute the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages, or create derivative versions. The app itself and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it still belong to Downloader Pro.
Changes to the App and Pricing
We are committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
Data Storage and Security
The Downloader Pro app does not collect or store any personal data. However, third-party services like Google AdMob and other ad networks may collect data such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, and usage statistics to serve personalized ads. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as this could make your device vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features, and prevent Downloader Pro from working properly.
Third-Party Services

Internet Connection & Data Charges
Certain functions of the app, including the display of ads, will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but we cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi, or if you have used up your mobile data allowance.
If you are using the app outside an area with Wi-Fi, be aware that your agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data while accessing the app, including data usage for ads. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside your home territory without turning off data roaming.
If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
Device and App Usage
Along the same lines, we cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app – for example, you need to ensure that your device stays charged. If your device runs out of battery and you cannot turn it on to access the Service, we cannot accept responsibility.
App Updates
We strive to keep the app updated and functioning properly. Our in-house development team continuously works to improve the app’s performance and features. We accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you may experience as a result of relying wholly on the functionality of the app.
However, you agree to always accept updates to the application when offered. We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate its use at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; and (b) you must stop using the app and delete it from your device if needed.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, caused by the use of the app, including but not limited to device issues, loss of data, or legal disputes. You use the app at your own risk and responsibility.
Changes to These Terms & Conditions
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time, especially as we integrate new third-party services, including advertising providers. Therefore, we recommend that you review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes will be effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
Personalized Ads and Opt-Out
The app uses third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob to display personalized ads based on your interactions with the app. These ads may collect data, such as your device's advertising ID and other usage information.
